SHIPPING IN ITALY: free for orders over €80.00.

FOREIGN SHIPPING: free for orders over €150.00.

Maison Beatrice carries out free shipments throughout the Italian territory for orders equal to or greater than € 80.00, foreign orders equal to or greater than € 130.00

For national orders of amount equal to or less than € 79.99 the shipping costs amount to € 4.50.

The delivery is made, in the Italian territory, within 2/4 working days .

We ship to Sicily and Sardinia. No shipments are made to smaller islands.

Delivery is made, in foreign territory, within 3/7 working days, and in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days.

RETURNS

The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Return shipping is charged to the customer .

To make the return, you must follow the instructions on the return form inserted inside the package and attached here .

The goods must be returned integrate , in original packaging , complete in all its parts.

Once the above has been verified, Maison Beatrice will refund the amount of the products within a maximum period of 14 days .

Can I exchange a product?

We only accept returns.

We remind you that once the confirmation has taken place, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within about 14 days, the refund will be processed.

How can I return an item?

Before sending the Products back, the Customer must send an email to maisonbeatrice@outlook.it indicating the order number and reason for the return. Based on the reason for the return, you will be shown the procedure to follow.

​I received a product that I don't like or that doesn't fit me well, what should I do?

If you don't like the purchased product, just send an email to maisonbeatrice@outlook.it indicating the order number, reason for the return and send the package back to the Maison Beatrice warehouse. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within about 14 days, the refund will be processed.

Goods returned in unsuitable conditions will not be refunded. The refund will be automatically issued to the credit card you used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by e-mail to the address left in the order.

I received a different product than the one ordered, what should I do?

In the event that the product you received is different from the one you ordered, Maison Beatrice will take full charge of the return.
